Steve Duffy, Chairman of the board & CEO

Over 30 years of experience in all phases of mining, oil and gas industry. Experience includes engineering management at both surface and underground coal mining operations, as well as, mine planning and design, feasibility studies, due diligence investigations, budgeting and contract mining. Expert in the upstream activities of acquiring, exploring, drilling, developing and producing oil and gas. Manufacturing many varieties of drilling and related equipment including all terrain vehicles for rugged and remote locations. Owner and inventor of Support Vehicles, a manufacturer of communications equipment and related products. Owner of American Drilling, a leader in drilling applications and exploration all over the world. Consulted and contracted with the vast majority of major oil companies and geophysical companies. Instrument rated in US and Canada for commercial pilot both fixed wing and helicopter without incident. Certified and carded with all United States federal and state agencies for rapid response emergency. Current state and federal explosives license, personal and corporate.

John F. Childs, Exploration Director/Economic Geologist

Over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration, mine and prospect evaluation. Extensive work in open pit and underground mining operations. Numerous technical publications dealing with structural and economic geology as well as joint venture programs involving local miner organizations. Initiated and built strong exploration programs in Guyana, Brazil, Romania and Turkey. Served as exploration manager of precious metals and industrial mineral deposits in Africa, Mexico, Venezuela, Surinam, Caribbean and French Guinea. Work experience includes companies such as Stillwater Mining Company, Luzenac America, Barretts Minerals Inc., Minteq International Inc., Las Vegas Rock, Gold reserve corp., International Wayside Gold Mines, Pegasus Gold, Corp., and Cyprus Georesearch Company. Adjunct Faculty member in the Earth Sciences Departments at California State University, Los Angeles, California and Montana State University, Bozeman, Montana; PhD University of California, Santa Cruz, CA, M.Sc University of British Columbia, Vancouver, B.C.

Wilmer (Will) Robinson, Chief Consulting engineer

Served as a project and program manager for Upstream and downstream petroleum, Nuclear power plants, nuclear fusion R&D, Chemical plants, Shipbuilding and Marine design. Chief financial officer for high-Tech Mfg. Co., Merger and acquisitions of closely held companies, Security investing, Futures and Options speculation. Work management experience with companies such as Chevron, Bechtel corp., Bethlehem Steel Shipbuilding, General Atomics, Envirotech corp., Kinetic systems, Inc., H. K. Ferguson; Morrison Knutsen Division, Bear Sterns and Argosy Financial Corp.
